10 tablespoons minced pork (with fats)
Half kilo fresh prawns (minced)
4 to 5 pieces chopped fresh water chestnuts
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 egg white
Salt and grounded pepper to taste
In a bowl add the ingredients and seasoning and set aside for half an hour.
Shape the ingredients into round prawn meat balls.
Heat wok with cooking oil and heat the oil to high.
Drop the prawn meat balls one by one into the oil until they turned golden brown.
Drain the prawn meat balls on paper hand towel
Serve hot and garnished with thinly sliced USA Ice-berg lettuce and plum sauce.
