Crispy Black Pepper Chicken Wings


Eight pieces of fresh chicken wings

Egg white (beaten)

1 packet instant mix


Wash and pat dry the chicken wings

Coat with egg white and the black pepper fried chicken mix.

Deep into the hot wok and cook until golden brown and crispy.

You can serve these tasty and crispy black pepper chicken wings with home prepared coleslaw.

For those who truly loved strong peppery taste, suggest you grind additional black peppercorns and add to the flour mixture before  deep frying.
