Fish Roe

Fish eggs aka roe are ripe eggs masses of a fish.

Per tablespoon of fish eggs is about 12 calories and are full of minerals and vitamins.

If these fish roes are processed and salted, we get Caviar.

Though hard to come by at our local markets, I was lucky to get a pair of fish roe recently.

Best to way to cook these roes is to marinate with seasoned salt and pan fried until nicely browned and crispy.
