Cinnamon Chestnut as Finger Food


1 packet  boiled chestnut

Heat up wok and add two slices of unsalted butter.

When the butter begins to melt, add the boiled chestnut and stir fry thoroughly.


Keep pan frying for another 10 minutes until chestnut are softened.

Coat brown or raw sugar to the chestnut  and continue to fry for another 5 minutes.

Now sprinkle some grounded cinnamon powder over the cooked chestnuts.

Transfer the cinnamon chestnuts onto a plate.

Drizzle more cinnamon powder over the cooked chestnuts and leave it to cool for a while.

Serve as snack.
